Bad Controls but it still works

Controls are terrible defaults each time to sensor drying and after just a year the sensor does not work well. Clothes are always WET not just damp even on the driest of settings.

Not what I thought.

I find the dryer is hard to understand and requires me to review the manual and I am even watching YouTube videos on how to operate it. I purchased the maintenance coverage and now they say I need to pay more for maintenance coverage. Misleading. I figured with the machine being new and advanced use would be simple. It isnt.
