Plastic tub doesn't last. Would have liked to have a stainless steel tub. Would also like to have a non level opening and closing. Shorter washing and drying cycle.

This dishwasher was in the unit when i bought my condo a few months ago (new). I live alone, so I don't use it often, but the few times that I have used it, I've had to rewash most of the items in it since they were still dirty and the bottom of the dishwasher was dirty as well.
In addition, I find the way the racks are designed to be rather inconvenient and make it hard to efficiently fill the dishwasher.

For the fact that we have the hardest water in our city, than anywhere I have ever been, it does a pretty good job. Items do need to be fairly rinsed or nothing dried or stuck on before putting in dishwasher. I wish there was a delay start feature so that I didn't have to start it while I am awake, but that is a first world problem. Do note that when the soap dispenser opens, it makes a pretty loud thud that can catch you off guard if you don't know what it is.

I had a 13 year old Frigidaire dishwasher replaced with this new GE dishwasher. I am not impressed. The interior is smaller. It doesn't seem to clean dishes as well and leaves a cloudy film on glassware. It doesn't seem to rinse well. I want my old dishwasher back!!

This model came with the new house. Design is old fashion no electronics. The silverware basket is in the bottom rack which limits room for dishes. Turn dial and pressure buttons for different features. We have seen other brands with better features for the price

First time of owning a dishwasher that does NOT clean dishes. Have to hand wash - UGH! Also, a white residue remains on dishes even using liquid cleaning products. Used the recommended Finish products and then tried others and same results with all. Additionally, small rust spots have appeared on the outside.

I hate this dishwasher, it came standard in our new build. It's really small, the door just feels cheap and light weight. The dial to start it is also attached to the soap dispenser and just looks outdated and cheap. It's just cheap.

The dishwasher it self works really well. It cleans well, drains well, etc. But it doesn't seem very sturdily made. The door bounces down but doesn't open up all the way, so the bottom dish drawer doesn't stay put when trying to load dishes in. It also doesn't come out straight. It comes out crooked so I have to pick it up and pull it out. It may be the builder who installed it but it seems a little but like a quality issues as well.

We didn't get to choose this dishwasher as we purchased new construction and the builder already chose it but it's terrible. I can never fit all my dishes in due to the design but what is worse is that it doesn't clean. I have rerun loads and tried other detergents and no luck. I scheduled a service appointment to see if maybe they can figure it out. We had GE profile appliances in our previous home and had no issues. This is clearly the cheap model.

We have a spot in our kitchen where pipes run in behind the dishwasher opening. For that reason I am glad this type of dishwasher is available. I love that it has a good disposal. We had an LG that had a food filter which quickly filled up and was messy. It broke at 4 years old. I love the GE brand. The cleaning cycles are quick It may be a bit old fashioned but it does a great job.

All we wanted was clean dishes. This one I would rate at "fair" for getting dishes clean, even after rinsing them. Then, just 2 days after the 1-year warranty was done it gave out. 2 days! Grrr! One year old house and I have to fix appliances already. Not recommended.

Gets the job done. Sometimes leaves food stuck on. Very loud. The closing latch\lever on ours doesn't always close. Not what I would've picked out, but not worth the hassle of exchanging through the contactor who flipped our house.

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever had. Â First of all, you want to talk about LOUD?! I thought the thing was broken the first time I used it but nope, that's just how it's supposed to run!
Second, the bottom rack doesn't stay in place to load, it keeps rolling back in and lastly, you can't even load cups on top rack bc they just continuously fall down.
You get what you pay for but this isn't even worth a Penney!!

I didn't want a very high end dishwasher because I haven't upgraded my old kitchen. It would have really stood out in my outdated layout. But I did need a dishwasher for sanitization. This is a good solid dishwasher. I do wish the top rack had a better way to put wine glasses. Putting them on their side keeps them half way full with water so that doesn't work.

Dishes cleaned average....Cascade used in the past. Did not seem to work as efficiently, so switched to Finish...a better clean. Bottom drawer doesn't hold as much as my previous dishwasher. Still ok if you don't have that many dishes/pots pans to clean.

This dishwasher came with our new build. I would never have purchased this model if I was buying myself. It is cheaply constructed plastic. The bottom shelf is only good for plates, a taller glass barely fits on the top shelf and the machine is not bowl friendly. Our kitchen is next to the living room and when I run the machine we have to raise the volume on the TV extremely high just to hear. GE recommends using finish detergent. I would stay away from that also. My dishes came out with a white film every time I used the product. No problem when I use my usual the brand.
